The state needs to improve dramatically in these areas before we will see any appreciation in home prices. The good news is that we now are more affordable than most other parts of the nation! With the exception of 2003 to 2007, Florida has always been an affordable state.

So I guess its “back to basics”…warm weather, beautiful beaches and golf courses, cheap housing, no state income taxes, nearby highly rated hospitals, and baseball spring training…the perfect place to retire!
