Bent Tree
Bent Tree is located east of I-75 and just south of bee Ridge. This is a gated neighborhood with curving streets and elegant homes surrounded by large manicured lawns blending into natural areas with some of the homes edging the Bent Tree golf course. Many of the homes were built in the late 1980's and early 1990's and have been updated / remodeled.

Bent Tree home sales during the previous 12 months range from $173,000 to $720,000. Many of the homes have caged pools, large lots, some view lakes or the golf course and many have gourmet kitchens, granite counters, tile and wood floors and vaulted or high ceilings with crown molding.

The Woodlands section of Bent Tree is comprised of larger homes with most being of a custom design with a spanish mediterranean flair. Lot sizes are larger and the homes are 4,000 square feet and larger. Many of the homes have rear views of the lakes.
Service facilities (banks, shopping centers, etc.) are available at the intersection of Bee Ridge Road and Cattlemen Road about 2 miles to the west. Downtown Sarasota is about 7 miles to the northwest and Siesta Key Beach is about 7 miles to the west.
