Deer Hollow
Deer Hollow is a newer community of single family homes. Most homes are of concrete block construction and of a ranch or custom design. Country Pines is located just to the north of Deer Hollow and is very similar in layout and design. Both communities have underground utilities, sidewalks, street lights. The majority of the lot sizes are 7,000 - 10,000 square feet.
Service facilities (banks, shopping centers, etc.) are available at the intersection of Fruitville Road and Honore Avenue about 1 mile to the south. Downtown Sarasota is about 4 miles to the east and Siesta Key Beach is about 7 miles to the southwest. Send me information on Deer Hollow
