An older subdivision comprised of ranch style homes. This is an affordable community and is ideal for first time home buyers.
Most homes are 2 -4 bedrooms with approximately 1,000 - 2,000 square feet with a few homes having inground swimming pools. The subdivision has above ground utilities, street lights, no sidewalks, and two entries off Lockwood Ridge Road.
