Misty Creek
A private golf course community of beautiful upscale homes located about 3 miles east of I-75. Misty Creek has several small lakes, underground utilities, sidewalks, street lights and many trees. Lot sizes are one third to a half acre with preserve, lake or golf views. The homes are custom designed and beautifully maintained.
Amenities include a snack bar, exceptionally fine dining, b anquet hall, lounge, full pro shop, large driving range, bag storage, huge putting green, clubhouse, m en's & women's locker room area, and one championship course.
The golf course is private, member-owned, par 72 with total yardage of 6,845 yards from the back tee and spans over 400 acres with lakes and preserves. The course is a Course includes four par five and ten par fours. A variety of memberships are available.
Service facilities (banks, shopping centers, etc.) are available at the intersection of Bee Ridge Road and Cattlemen Road about 3 miles to the west. Downtown Sarasota is about 8 miles to the northeast and Siesta Key Beach is about 8 miles to the west.

Misty Creek Golf Club is set back in the forest of Sarasota County, and is a wild-life preservation golf course. Wildlife in the area includes deer, bobcats, hawks, and bald eagles.
T he course is immaculately maintained. The greens are usually cut short, medium-sized, undulating, and medium to fast in speed, depending on the weather conditions. The course offers a variety of tightness and openness. Misty is a fairly long course with a par 5 ranging from 610 yards from the gold tee box. (front nine) . Water hazards come into play on seven holes, so shot accuracy is at a premium. The fairways are narrow and well bunkered, and the terrain is quite scenic.
