Phillipi Cove
Power boaters love Phillipi Creek due to its easy access to Sarasota Bay. Situated just off US 41 and north of Clark Road, this community is centrally located and within a short drive of the beach. Sailboats would not have access to Sarasota Bay since there is one bridge that has to be cleared. Many of the homes are located on a series of canals that provide an exit to Phillipi Creek and then Sarasota Bay. Homes are mostly of a 1950s and 1960s ranch style design with some custom homes also present. There is a mix of concrete block and frame construction.
Service facilities are located all along US 41 and mostly at the intersection of Clark Road and US 41. Downtown is located only 3.5 miles to the north and Siesta Key beach is about 1.5 miles to the southwest. Send me information on Phillipi Cove
