Sarasota Home Prices

Prices of Sarasota houses and Sarasota Real Estate will be affected by any number of factors including the location, square footage, pool and the number of bedrooms to name a few.

A property on water will be significantly higher in Sarasota. Gulf Front and Inter-residential Sarasota residentail homes will start at over $1,000,000. A lot on a canal is currently worth $400,000 and higher.

Sarasota area condos on one of our beaches will start at around $450,000 depending on the view, beach access, condition of the property and number of bedrooms. This holds true for Siesta Key, Longboat Key, Lido key and Anna Marie Island. 

Rental Income also affects the price of many properties.  

You will also find terrific units in Sarasota within a very short drive to the beaches. As an example, a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit will start at about $175,000.

Residential single family homes will be priced from $250,000 and up depending on the amenities. New construction is also available in many Sarasota areas.
